If you witness chemtrails spraying over your state you should notify Tennessee with pictures of chemtrails heading their way and that way they can sue that state which will force them to also stop spraying chemtrails. For every state that outlaws chemtrails will create such a snowball effect that it will end chemtrails pretty much overnight.
