I did 2cups of this and added 2 cups Bob's Red Mill baking soda. The baking soda helps remove radiation. Bentonite clay does also. And I do add it at times. I just wanted to be able to see my water lol
Now, I DO NOT recommend starting out with 2 cups. Herxing can be rough

Thanks Texas. I know Carrie Madea has something like this as a detox bath with the baking soda and bentonite clay. I hear they are putting nano's even in our food, it's sickening. I have candida overgrowth bad. Didn't know that this would help. If you got that out of your bath, time for me to get my supplies and do this
