I did 2cups of this and added 2 cups Bob's Red Mill baking soda. The baking soda helps remove radiation. Bentonite clay does also. And I do add it at times. I just wanted to be able to see my water lol
Now, I DO NOT recommend starting out with 2 cups. Herxing can be rough

Idk what they're actually from. I'm sure we all have them.
But from a healthy person, I thought (lol) that is a LOT. I can only imagine what was in the water or the tub that I couldn't see! 😳
They could have been from anything. I say there is in tattoo ink because there isn't much [they] missed on their agendas.
