does the 8th clear Trump and if it does why is no one stating this fact
Dems, Libs and those suffering from TDS do not care about the Constitution or the Amendments.
Actually their goal is to do away with them and destroy the US.
So, if anything, I fear that Trump's scathing rebuttal using the eighth amendment will only serve to make them crazier where they might even try more illegal lawfare stunts.
