Think rationally about that question. We DO NOT EXECUTE CHILDREN. IF WE DO. I'm out, I can't live in a world that executes children because of who they were born to.

Your question shouldn't have been why isn't Louie on the list? it should have been why is George and Charlotte on the list, they're children ages 8 and 10.
