You will either have to make your own or start asking local cheese makers what they use. My digging came up with a WI company that does use plant based rennet that is NOT GMO, so there is that.

I checked a pkg of Tillabrook cheese I have, it clearly states "no vegetable rennet"?
That would b good then I believe as it implies animal rennet?
