I make my ranch mix with dried buttermilk. Then I don’t have to buy buttermilk to make it.
Do you use 1 cup of the dried buttermilk or less?
Here’s the recipe I use. I keep the powdered mix in small mason jar in fridge. Mix it with the mayo and milk in a big mason jar and shake. I also add a little sour cream since it’s pretty runny but I don’t like thick salad dressings. Usually make 2x for my large Classico spaghetti sauce jars. I made some and dip today for veggies.
I don’t add sugar.
