Well, even though I definitely remember times like that, I have to admit that during the past couple of years, I've developed quite a habit of getting up out of bed very early in the morning - anywhere from around 3:00 o'clock to 5:00 o'clock... depending! I love the stillness - love the time spent going about the house, switching on all the salt lamps, and opening up the curtains to let the outside world in, all the while listening to some of my favourite soft music - birdsong or flute. Soaking up that early morning vibe, for me, is priceless!
Having said that, I still do have the odd day, every now and then - like yesterday - when, as you say, just getting up out of bed is a small win. I get it!
