Fyi a tablespoon of HCQ does the same thing without all the extra long bitterness of eating a grapefruit. Worked for me, 1 year down 80lbs, off ALL medications, zero health issues now. 5 years ago a real straight to the point doc told me change or you're dead or on heart meds in 3 years.
