Investigative reporter Catherine Herridge, who was recently asking questions about US President Biden and Hunter Biden, was fired by CBS. When she was fired, CBS seized the notes and research from her office, including confidential source information.

A source told the New York Post the network boxed up all of her personal belongings, except her notes and files.

A former CBS manager told The Hill, he "never heard of anything like this."
