You are right, I did not catch the license part. He is a businessman; if that is what sells, then he is going to trust them to design a product that sells I guess. I just do not think most people pay attention to the research behind all of these symbols. My son told me he wanted a pair today; we are not FMs, nor are we involved with any mystery schools or anything of that nature. My son and his peers absolutely could not tell you what any of that supposedly means.
