I was always disappointed with every restaurant sausage gravy, kinda like salsa, so I made my own, not a certified cook, but make simple stuff that’s so much better

Omg….. someone just like me!!! It irritates me to go to a Mexican restaurant and they serve jarred salsa!!! And… and…. When I was 14 yrs old… my brothers best friend (Steve) taught me how to make gravy when mom was in the hospital and I had to cook.,. That was 44-45 years ago… I make a mean salsa and great gravy
