"America first" ... mmm ... for the 'most' part

However as POTUS, one of Trump's Constitutional *DUTIES* was to secure our national border. As CIC of the military he had ALL *authority*, *funds* and *manpower* needed to build and *complete* the wall he campaigned on.

Absolutely NO Federal judge had any Constitutional say in the matter whatsoever. Trump could have completely, and rightly, blown them off. He acquiesced to their partisan whims at *his* own discretion.
