Light Worker Patriot! Married! Mother of 3 Beautiful Daughters and 4 Handsome Grandsons, 1 Beautiful Grand-Daughter
We have had several people safely and appropriately use meds. The goal should not be take a pill and that will fix you. They are meant to be used as a TOOL while you still have to do the work (counseling, diet, substance use, exercise, etc.). Appropriate use requires monitoring and adjustments and a tapering off plan. If you go to a doctor that is not discussing a treatment plan and/or you (the client) is not willing to address anything else, then it probably will not be a good experience. It is true that there are individuals with different neurological make-up and this can be the best choice for some. With that said, I prefer a natural/alternative/holistic approach whenever possible and that is what I practice, but at the end of the day, people have to do what works for their circumstances. We had to treat what was in front of us, not what we wanted it to be.
