Yes, I remember we could make waffles/pancakes from old milk before... the milk was soured and could still be used. Now the milk is rotting..due to production + poor nutrition.
The cows that go out to graze, sun and exercise are also important for nutrition and quality. It is felt when you know a good farmer who is not in the pocket of big capital lies and loves only money.
