Idk if she has much of a case. Fallon came out as trans in 2013. She had already broken another woman's skull. The first woman should sue, she didn't know. But the latest woman knew what she was up against. Not blaming the victim at all, just stating the obvious.

True. Its the organization samctioning this that should be sued. This is intentionally putting these women athletes in danger.
The whole thing is so sick and disturbing. They let a person like Fallon, a trans indivdual who represents less than 1% of the country, dominate the female MMA. And no prominant feminists speak out about it. And the women and men that speak out are called bigots. Why are the MMA fans and fighters not outraged and boycotting? They have the power to stop the madness but they don't even care much either I guess.
