The last two timers did lead to one of these almost to the minute on the 16th. Then it reset for 6 hours later which could have been the 17th mentioned in this link. The other on the 16ths timer was almost to the minute at 07:35 EST which was 6:30ish here. Just thoughts.
Coronal Mass Ejections can not be predicted according to NOAA in my very little research regarding the subject.
