I’ve loved Christmas trees since young childhood and not for any of the reasons described above. They evoke only good emotions from me and I will continue to love and enjoy my tree and what the spirit of this season means to me until God moves me to do it differently. This makes me sick that I’ve participated in something so heinous to my Father. I got away from decorating for 3 years because we were out of town for Christmas but this year I was called a scrooge for not wanting to decorate again this year. I succumbed to the pressure and I now know why it didn’t feel right. My discerment is alive and well. I need to listen to it.
I was here early in 2021, then got "spooked". I am back because I want to live. I read a lot. I observe. I listen. I have faith in us.
All the years I have lived and celebrated Christmas with my family, this never came up. Not once. Either did Satan or any of the other fantastic claims on this site. At some point, people have to stop letting others tell them who they are and what they are doing.

While I do understand the origins of such things...I don't celebrate THEM or worship them or the origins of them. I think personal conviction is a thing. Will I feel the same in 5 years? I don't know. It depends on what God puts on my heart about it. Now that being said...I do believe that those that DO celebrate and worship these things will have some things to answer to God about. Time will tell either way. I just pray that God knows my heart on it all.
