Okay I just went to Dr for sinus infection pushing down on nerves in my teeth. Pressure in my ears and no sleep for 2 days because of it. REALLY BAD.
My thoughts during this have been negative. asked God for help over and over. feels like the Storm is inside me.
I was here early in 2021, then got "spooked". I am back because I want to live. I read a lot. I observe. I listen. I have faith in us.

I used it but the junk is too hard in my sinus. Breathed in Ginger steam last night and took some sudafed had 6 hrs of sleep. The tooth pain is unbearable.
