THE ASCENSION ENERGY HAS SHIFTED IT FEELS DENSER IN THE COLLECTIVE . WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING HIGH FREQUENCY ENERGIES FOR SOME TIME AND IT CAN FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE FOR THE PHYSICAL BODYTO FUNCTION, IT CAN ALSO ACTIVATE THE SHADOWS WHICH CAN CREATE ANXIETY. THE PHYSICAL IS UPGRADING MANY ARE REACTING AND EXPERIENCING BRAIN FOG , BODY ACHES , SINUS , DENTAL ISSUES, FLU CONGESTION AND MANY OTHER ASCENSION SYMPTOMS.
I use anxiety to clean house inside praying to forgive and heal whatever trigger is connected to anxiety, whatever needs to go.
I have also been praying about judging others and anything triggering being healed and remove what has no place.
It is freeing!
Also for sinus, been using in a spray bottle Colloidal Silver 10 PPM 1 spray each nostril. If sinus drip I also use a spray in throat.
Quite interesting. For two days my shoulder has been killing me.
Leg and shoulder joint pain. I figured it was because I quit self medicating with alcohol. 🙁 I'd rather it be this instead.

Okay I just went to Dr for sinus infection pushing down on nerves in my teeth. Pressure in my ears and no sleep for 2 days because of it. REALLY BAD.
My thoughts during this have been negative. asked God for help over and over. feels like the Storm is inside me.
I was here early in 2021, then got "spooked". I am back because I want to live. I read a lot. I observe. I listen. I have faith in us.
A neti pot might help with sinus infection.
