THE ASCENSION ENERGY HAS SHIFTED IT FEELS DENSER IN THE COLLECTIVE . WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING HIGH FREQUENCY ENERGIES FOR SOME TIME AND IT CAN FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE FOR THE PHYSICAL BODYTO FUNCTION, IT CAN ALSO ACTIVATE THE SHADOWS WHICH CAN CREATE ANXIETY. THE PHYSICAL IS UPGRADING MANY ARE REACTING AND EXPERIENCING BRAIN FOG , BODY ACHES , SINUS , DENTAL ISSUES, FLU CONGESTION AND MANY OTHER ASCENSION SYMPTOMS.
Leg and shoulder joint pain. I figured it was because I quit self medicating with alcohol. 🙁 I'd rather it be this instead.

Thank you nikko. 😊 6 months sober now. The hard part was the withdrawal which wasn't a thing I EVER wanna do again.
I understand completely Brian. I went through my own deliverence 30 yr ago. I was a broken soul. I would not have made it through that brokenness if I had not heard a distinct, profound, but simple, word the Lord gave me.
He said to me...
"Don't look back...or you will die there".
Those words from him saved my life that day. I have never, and will never forget them. I hope they will help you also, or maybe someone else reading this, to find the will and strength to pick up the pieces of their broken life and move forward to a new way of living.
