Half the MSM are saying the car was coming into the US and the other half are saying it was coming into Canada. Just watched an eye-witness video - he watched the car speed towards the border from the US side when it exploded in a fireball.
Not a bomb expert, but there doesn't seem to be much damage to the pavement or surrounding windows
