Harris County (Houston) is up to its normal shenanigans. My ballot wouldn't scan face down, so they flipped it over and it was accepted. When I asked why they put it in face down to begin with? I was told "for privacy". I was then told the scanner works both ways. And since when does Harris County have ranked choice voting? So damn sick of this.
