Day 6 of a fibromyalgia flareup. Didn't help that Roadie delivered two huge bags of dog food to the abandoned house next door at the end of their driveway and I had to drag them to my house. Shame on them Prayers appreciated please.

I have suffered with fibro too. I started doing sole about 2 years ago thinking it would help with my energy level. I realized in the past several months that my pain has been reduced significantly.. I'm going to say by at least 75%. The only thing I can attribute that to is the sole.
I know you need help now, but you might consider starting it. I'm wondering now if fibro isn't just a mineral deficiency...
I've stopped all my medications too!
