And where do vegetables and grains come from? Plants. What do our protein sources like beef, chucken, pork eat? Grains. If carbon is reduced, so is the food supply. 🙄
Rancher of grass-fed, grass-finished beef that I bought from has needed no veterinarian in five years for his cattle because he doesn't feed them CORN. Imagine the money he's saved with this one adjustment, and how much healthier the beef is for human consumption.
Fourteen slow pounds lost effortlessly since April just by cutting the grains to half. Several bread days in a row, no loss. Otherwise, it's just not that difficult to shed pounds when you cut or lessen grains.
