I took this photo at the Blair Atholl, Scotland train station whilst waiting for my return to Aberdeen during my doctoral thesis studies surrounding the Murrays of Atholl - primarily the 1st Duke of Atholl, Lord John Murray.
I was so drawn to this place and come to find out, the Murrays were the clan chiefs of my father's family clan - Smiley, Smolllet, Smelley, etc - long long before they married into the peerage and were raised to the nobility.
