I didnt see "we will kill Trump"- Id report that to the feds, let them go kick in their door, everything done online leaves a digital fingerprint. Maybe the powers that be dont care about Brian, but theyd have to take action over Trump.
Im in Michigan, here we have a little known law called Misuse of a Telecommunication, which would make all of that, a chargeable offense. Perhaps look up the local laws to see if there is a similar one that would apply. Also, Id send notice to the facility, and any others, in writing with proof of delivery, that this threat has been made, so they do not have plausible deniability.
