12-17 hours is when all the good stuff (autophagy) begins.
Eat dinner the night before, then drink coffee black the next day and skip breakfast. By lunch you’re at 17 hours. Easy!

I’ve been doing this since July…I feel great and have lost about 15 pounds.

It’s actually quite easy…first few days were hard with the stomach grumbling but now I honestly don’t have a desire to eat. When I do eat I stick with a protein, healthy fat and a vegetable. I drink a lot of water which helps!
