12-17 hours is when all the good stuff (autophagy) begins.
Eat dinner the night before, then drink coffee black the next day and skip breakfast. By lunch you’re at 17 hours. Easy!

I've been eating one meal a day for about 17 years.
Probably the healthiest one I know.
