It's the constant dreary 'news' that keeps getting repeated maybe? trying to stay upbeat with other things going on here. Things are looking up though. Someday I will b able to tell you bout it.
We get so few days of nice weather here with the fall coming, been getting outside more but the dreary cloudy days are back. Too much sm is draining with all these things happening, too many mind fucks going on. Today is the 3 yr anniversary of our grandson's suicide. Just a date, but it takes us back to that awful shock, we are reminded of it daily though. Have a great day!!!

The cloudy cold days can b depressing at times. Then it gets dark so early until almost 8am here, ugh. Time to take more Vit D! That sun makes such a huge difference!
