I was there with a couple of my friends. We arrive at the Capitol about 20 minutes before. There seemed to be a few people leading the charge. They were the ones who came in running and yelling "That is our house and we need to take it back". There was also a guy that showed up with a megaphone and a couple of camera men. Not amatures either. He was yelling directly at the DC police. We were also told buy a guy there "when Pen says no, we go". They had it planned out and it was obvious. The truth will come out! It was not our scene so after about 15 minutes we left.
