Time to ELIMINATE big pharma. Time to introduce other forms of disease prevention and healing. Natural remedies, vibration, sound, light treatments. Return medical treatment to cause based, not symptom based. Preventatve measures that strengthen the immune system. Preventative measures like:
an alkaline body
healthy diet
exercise
deep breathing
no fast food
limit sugar
adequate hydration
stress reduction
increase laughter, joy, prayer, meditation
reduce stress
sunlight, outdoor activities
