Licensed, BONDED, Insured. Filing against their surety bond is the quickest way to get their full and undivided attention. You can literally put them out of business, shut them down on the spot. Filing against their bond is same as a putting a lien against them.
Corrupt school officials, county and municipal clerks, cops, cps, all kinds of elected and unelected public servants.
