Catnip treats, he used to love them. We lost him suddenly on July 22nd this year to hemolytic anemia. He appeared completely healthy until he suddenly would not eat. I took him to the emergency vet but his RBC level was already deadly low. He died a few hours later. I miss him so much. He was only 5 years old, and the sweetest 23 pound boy ever.
Sorry for your loss. I believe the loss, is not very different, from losing a human being.
