And most American Christians have never read the Bible. One thing churches need to do is teach the Bible verse by verse in the historical and cultural context. Learning and studying the Bible in this way is fascinating. Also being taught the difference of the old covenants vs the new covenant. This makes the bible come alive and makes the passages make sense. 🙏 😇

I have read the Bible, (9 months) and listened to it twice while following along with audio, I always wanted to learn the Bible verse for verse but when you get to the deciples some are talking about the same thing, in their books. And so it throws you off, because you see your reading the same stories by different deciples, it was confusing for me until someone explained it to me.
We really enjoy expository teaching. This is verse by verse teaching thru the Bible. A very good teacher is Brad Robertson. His ministry is GraceReach.org. You can find exceptional teaching on his site. He is very gifted in the way he teaches the scriptures. 😇
