It's just clicked with me that the "8 year plan" may map to being a hijack or takeover of HRC's 8 years (of the DS 16 yr plan...) and therefore runs from Jan 20 2016 to Jan 20th 2024?

In other words 3387 may have been disinfo when it implied the plan ran from summer 2017 (see post date of Jul 2019 minus 2 years)
