I don't think William's a "good guy" for a moment.
No one in ANY "royal" bloodline is, imo.
But maybe QE2 made a deal with QTeam,
just as Evelyn de Rothschild agreed to
"suicide" himself so his family name & wealth
some of it anyway, could survive.
