Otherwise no one said a word. I did have someone later comment on seeing me in the stores not afraid... most people are afraid to be different. I've always been different and I'm not changing now.
No, I'm not a big scary looking monster. I'm 5 feet and half an inch tall and today's weight was 120.... only know that because we bought a new scale and testing it out! Most of the time I'm the smallest adult in the store too.
Stand Tall and Bare-faced. It will give others courage to do the same.

I was kicked out of GFS & Menards. The grocery store had her arms cross glaring at me because a customer complained. The check out had plexiglass but the check out young guy had a face shied on - by the way, I have not seen her in over a year (dead??) - crazy - I fired 4 doctors cause they said I had to wear a mask...I told one "if you want a blood test, you have to come out in the parking lot" now that pissed him off, so that was when I fired him....I will not comply & no one will own me.....
Questioning everything led to my progressive awakening. Still learning daily. A new me, The Real Me is emerging. Strange, but I like her.

I had one success story in the grocery store: a man that was passing me with his mask on looked at me and said, “I’m done, this is stupid”.
I looked at him and we both smiled and I told him “you have a nice smile, sir”. And that was it, made my day.

I walked through grocery stores with no mask on my face last time...no one said a word to me...they all had a look of fear in their eyes, though.
Fuck 'em...they're not meant for this, they're weak, weak people...not strong like us and they don't deserve to be around people who are strong.
Oh yes, the scurry around in fear look... saw a lot of that too.
I'd take my mom grocery shopping with me, while in the car she'd ask me if I was going to wear a mask.... no. For a few weeks she'd dig her mask out of her purse and put it on. But, after a few weeks she stopped putting it on while she was with me.... just when she was with me but it was a start.
After a couple months I started noticing others not wearing masks... always smiled at them. At first it was one or 2 but after time those numbers grew.
