What Happened: Approximately one week ago former pharmaceutical (Merck) rep Brandy Vaughan, founder of non-profit LearnTheRisk (learntherisk.org), was found dead in her home. Her death was sudden, suspicious and is currently being investigated by authorities. Their CEO is one that has stepped down. I'm hoping a full investigation is being done. I believe she was murdered as a finale to all the intimidation being perpetrated on her prior to her death.
