Hey olive oil is fine right, I mean technically it is a seed oil I guess?

from what I'm reading lately olive oil is ok to fry with. we were told it wasn't , probably so we would use toxic canola oil instead.

Well I do and it tastes great. Ty for the input. I don't taste any after taste like I have read and it tastes good....

I saute with it because I rarely deep fry. I don't like the mess.
