Not to imply anything but after watching that video couple times watching Tim putting up
Devil horns sign while talking to Trump in his office and at the very end Trump looks away and down, lifts his hand and gesture like he sees what he's doing with Tims hands.

Thanks for putting it out as he did emphasize "where there was a wall" also in the beginning of the clip where Trump says he would not want to do that as it could be interpreted as he wouldn't want to do something to hurt the children. Also as the video cues in and plays a couple times of him apparently shaking Tim's hand, looked very aggressive and did not smile during that handshake almost like, we will see how this all turns out.
