I followed the Inspector Lewis series after Inspector Morse ended, however, only started it and lost interest.
Just not the same for me.
The Lewis character always felt 'flat' to me. Blah! 😂
So I never saw this.
It would have gone right past me not having a clue about adrenochrome at that time.
Probably would have assumed it was a new lab made something like meth. 🤦♀️

There's also an X-files episode as well that has teens hooked up to drips via the spinal column to their 'idles' being much older than them, the 80 something year olds flat occupier appears much younger, these teens where made to think they where becoming at One with them.
