CHIP also stands for Child Health Insurance Program. This has been the name of that program for years and it is connected to Medicaid. That brochure could be advertising that program.

CHIP is a federal program administered at the state level. I do not know about this GA initiative specifically, but I do know that there are groups not affiliated with FMs that were trying to set up tracking programs of families to "coordinate services" to "at-risk" families. I stood against this in 2019 at the local level and it did not endear me to the leaders of the local groups pushing for it. I saw nothing about FM in that experience, it was local nonprofits and government service agencies.
