The greatest harm I have personally experienced in the war is from false friends who presented a caring facade, but were really only interested in themselves. Have had to endure some cruel lessons about narcissists. Couldn’t be told, had to be shown. Ouch.
An interesting conundrum. A funnel that keeps bifurcation of what you thought you knew of yourself, and those around you. Small micro tears in the fabric of what you had sewn into your tent of knowlege on how to proceed through life. These small binary accouterments that attach us through the ionic web. One not visible, yet ever evidently influencing the way all humans conduct themselves in the theater of living together in harmony.
