If you want a Basic Framework to Innerstand How this Works you can Draw a Large Circle with a Vertical and Horizontal Axis on a Piece of Paper.
Subdivide the Circle into 12 Rings with the Outer Ring Representing the Number 13.
Then Number the Concentric Rings with the Numbers 1-12 in Each of the Four Directions of the Axis Mundi /Cosmic Cross, beginning at 1 and Ending with the Number 12/13.
This Concentric Circle of 2 Dimensional Rings can be Simultaneously Visualized as a 3 Dimensional Concentric Sphere with the Vertical Axis of the Cross Connecting "Heaven and Earth"/Earth and Heaven.
