On what legal basis would a FED Agency like TIGTA, IRS, etc.
approach Mike & offer him a settlement?
They would be recognizing
that he had DAMAGES & they need to Shut Him Up
because he could DAMAGE our ability Nation to Nation.
Our relations with Ukraine or Russia.
He could expose other Ops where there is an interest
on the part of the US Govt to maintain a relationship
even where there’s criminality..
They offered Mike $50 Million 4 different times

with the THREAT that this Federal Sealing Order means
IF YOU EVER SAY ANYTHING
to the Press, other Whistleblowers,
to Congress, one of the House committees;
they could throw him in jail & not a Federal prison, a MIL prison..
THEY WOULD BE USING YOUR TAXPAYER $
TO SHUT MIKE UP
IN ORDER TO CONTIUE
WITH THEIR CAPONE CRIME FAMILY OPERATIONS
