Ok so anyone else been fighting some weird energy last 2 or 3 days?
I have been fighting nauseousness and headaches as has one of my frens here.

Nana has been about the same for 2 or 3 days. I will be spending the day in the water today hoping to refresh.
I'm leaving for work soon and I could just crawl back to bed Nana...
This sucks..Beyond Exhausted...and I have to be around 6 phones at work.. Just shoot me please...!

I understand, I am trying to do as much grounding as possible and getting plenty of good water.
No fluorides of course, haven't done those in yrs and as much non poisonous food as possible.
