I did read this story several years ago. This is Iqbal Masih. The story of this Catholic boy has grown confusing over the years. I believe his Easter Sunday assassination is still being questioned. What is the Bonded Labor Liberation Front? Who is Eshan Ullah Khan, the founder of this organization in Pakistan? What is the "carpet mafia"? Why do his parents/family claim the "story" being told in the West of their son is just not true?
The questions go on and there are documentaries and books on Iqbal.
