Getting tired of screaming matches with wife and daughters. I am practicing being in and of love and working on being at peace with myself, others, and my surroundings and feel so good. But it almost seems like they were sent to disrupt those vibes. Like I am being tested. I work hard to discuss options without yelling but they continue to poke the bear and after about 15 to 30 minutes of arguing and yelling at me, my vibes disappear, and I allow myself to drop to their level. Anyone have any advice? Anyone?

Pretend in your head ... life is like - you can still smack the shit outta them. And then laugh in their faces while they scream - it will freak them out into silence.
