I had heard that the girls were borrowed by the Obummers and they had an agreement with the real parents that the cost would be that the Obummers would pay all their collage expenses. 🤔 The girls look exactly like their real parents. Obummer made the announcement right away that his " daughters" were off limits to the press. So not much was seen of them except for photo ops. ( or CGI?)
